Today's damage

Starbucks Soy Latte (4)
1 apple slice, 2 grapes, 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese (1)
1 hard boiled egg (2)
Egg White Veggie Omelet (no cheese) (3)
Fruit (2)
Wheat toast (4)
Greek Salad (2)
Baked, all white meat chicken bites (5)
Glass of wine (2)
Chinese tea (0)
Gluten Free Animal Crackers (2)
Total = 27 Points (I get 25)

No workout today.  My baby had a minor surgery (tubes put in his ears and adenoids taken out). So we were up at 5 a.m. and had breakfast for lunch. I'll be switching to coffee with soy milk instead of the lattes, I realized it's not worth the points.
