Fridays menu

2 egg omelet with spinach, 1 tbs guacamole (5)
coffee with tbs soy creamer (1)

Snack:
15 oz water
1 banana (2)
small bite of my son's pizza (to make sure it wasn't too hot) (.5)
2 grapes (.25)

Lunch:
Small bit of leftover Rigatoni Puttanesca with Veggie Meatballs (4)
Spinach with Galeo's Miso Caesar Dressing- An AMAZING LOW-FAT dressing...makes everything taste better and it's ZERO points (0)
black coffee
16 oz water

Snack:
2 Frenchcookies Baking Atelier No Trans Fat, Gluten Free Butter Cookies (Orange and Almond) (2)
5 carrots and guacamole (1)

Dinner:
Organic Spinach and Cheese Whole Wheat Ravioli with Soy Ricotta (5)
Wine (4)

Total:  25
